Made in Carterton, Wairarapa, Ch3cooh takes seasonal local produce to make a range of small-batch vinegars and honeygars.

Meet our mascot. He's a chicken. And of course his name is Ch3cooh.  It helps with the pronciation "ch-kooh"

Oh, and CH3COOH is the chemical equation for Acetic Acid... also known as vinegar.
